| Color: red-brown-orange, medium depth, good intensity. Nose: Very complex, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, earl grey tea, tobacco, anis and leather. Palate: Full bodied minus, very good texture, still very nice fruit, a lot of dryness and very good acidity, complex elegant and prototype for a good classic Rioja. Foodmatch: This wine needs carré of lamb, consommé sauce with herbs like estragon and raw fried small with peel still on potatoes, simple and a little rustic but yet delicate food. Cellaring: It s very good now but in Magnum i think several more years. Alc: 12,5 % | |
