| Color: Deep golden orange with brown, medium intensity.
Nose: Jammy fruit of apricot, peach, some honey, some bitterness like grapeseeds.
Palate: Full bodied, very sweet of the fruit above, medium acidity, medium consentration, balance ok, medium long finish.
Foodmatch: Paté of meat, strong cheese, dessert like icecream with yellow or orange fruit, fruitcakes, white chocolate.
Cellaring: Drink now or the acidity will be gone in a few years.
