Nose: Intens of lemon, lime, green leafs, apple, fresh.
Palate: Light bodied, very fresh fruit as above, good acidity and balanse, slightly bitter finish of the same green leafs, medium long.
Foodmatch: Fresh green salads, vinagrettes, light dishes of seafood.
Cellaring: 0-1 year.
