| Grapes: 100% SEMILLON Color: Light green, yellow. Nose: Some apple and cool herbs, mint or hierba buena, warm minerals. palate: Light bodied, quite nice and fresh, good acidity, a lot of those warm soil minerals. Foodmatch: Grilled fish with lime. Cellaring: Drink now. Ok wine, but a lot of minerals makes the wine difficult with food.  | |
