| Color: Light yellow with some green, low depth, medium intensity.
Nose: Some baked apple but otherwise a neutral fruitpicture, some autolysis, coffee and toast.
Palate: Light, follows the smell, good balance and acidity, fine medium sized bubbles, but a little too much mousse, medium long refreshing finish.
Foodmatch: Allround seafood, paté, egg, caviar, salads.
Cellaring: 0-10 years. I love mature sparkling and this could age well.
