Grapes: Garganega
Color: Straw yellow, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Distinct fruit, tropical, butter, some oak, nuts like almonds.
Palate: Full bodied, silky oily, very consentrated fruit, butter, vanilla, some spices, humus, great acidity, long finish.
Foodmatch: Grilled and fried seafood, lobster, white meats, cheese.
Cellaring: 0 - 10 years. Very good to drink now but here is a lot of aromas that wants to come out. Already complex.
