| Color: Black-blue, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Here you can even smell power. Black cherry fruit, some chocolate, almonds, coffee, liqorice, black olives.
Palate: Meduim bodied but consentrated black cherry fruit, liqorice, black olives, very good structure, and a powerful finish. Great acidity, tannins a little young yet.
Foodmatch: This wine needs fat food. Fat sauces, fat cheeses, lamb, pork, grouse.
Very nice wine. I would putit in the cellar for 0-5 years. | |
