| Color: Red-blue, good depth, medium intensity.
Nose: Mushrooms, black mature cherry, violets, clove, almonds, some earth. Complex.
Palate: Medium bodied, mature fruit of cherry, spices like clove and cinnamon, consentrated, very good balanced, good structure.Good acidity and the tannins are mature and smooth.
Foodmatch: white and red meats, allround, game, lamb, calf, foul, even white fish would be heavenly. Cheese.
One of my all time favorite Barberas.
Cellaring: 0-2 years. | |
