Quorum Barbera d`Asti 1999

The wine is made by 6 different producers coming together tomake a special wine from the region, Piedemont.
Vietti, Berta, Braida, Chiari, Coppo and Prunotto.

Color: blue-black, very deep, and top intensity.
Nose: Very complex even if this wine is very young. Intens aromas of truffel and mushrooms, almonds, cherry, spices, chocolate, raisins, etc....
Palate: Full bodied, itisalmostlike a smooth oily ball in the mouth, like a bomb ready to explode of aromaes, but that will not happen fully until 10 years from now. Perfect balance, good structure, good acidity, and there is a lot of tannins,but they are very fine and smooth.
Foodmatch: Vino de meditazione.
Super Super wine with a very long life ahead.
