| Grapes: Garganega Color: deep golden yellow, with light brown. Nose: Some pine, developed aromas of tropical fruits, honey. Palate: Full bodied, good concentration, good balance and acidity, rich and quite intens, long fresh finish, slightly complex. Foodmatch: Rich dessert of dried fruit, cheese. Cellaring: 0-10 years. Very good wine, the best Recioto di Soave I have tasted, will develope good for many years due to the rich concentrated fruit and a good structure in the wine. Perfect balanced.    | |
