Recioto=made from dried grapes, sweet wine.
Color: Red-blue, good depth, good intensity.
Nose: Ripe sweet cherry, prune, noble wood, spices like cinnamon, chocolate.
Palate: Meduim bodied for a Recioto, sweet fruit of ripe cherry, prunes, low structure and medium acidity, medium fruit concentration.
Foodmatch: Chocolate based desserts, nuts, red and black berries desserts, marzipan, wedding cakes, salty and strong cheese.
Cellaring: Drink now.
