| Grapes: This wine is made from 100% Corvina from the Valpolicella region. It is a "partziale appazimento" which means that part of the grapes have been dried.
Color: Dark red, medium depth, godd intensity.
Nose: Dried fruits like raisins, black cherry, chocolate and spices, almonds.
Palate: Medium bodied, but consentrated fruit, black cherries, raisins, mocca, spices,
good structure, and a good firm and long finish.
Foodmatch: Pork, lamb, calf, white foul and some notto powerful game.
Cellaring: 0-2 years
Very god value, 12 USD in Norway. | |
