| Color: Dark ruby, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Distinct of lovely blackcurrant, cedar and oak, some tobacco and mint.
Palate: Full bodied, very firm acid structure, young tannins, good concentration, medium long dry finish.
Foodmatch: Game, cow, lamb and grill when more matured.
Cellaring: 5- 20 years.
