| Color: Dark red, good depth and intensity. Nose: Super elegant of dark forest berries, black currant, forest ground, cedar, leather, and oak. Palate: Complex, full bodied, consentrated fruit of dark forest berries, black currant, very good balance and stucture, the tannins are very soft and fine, but it still has a lot of dryness, long harmonious finish with leather and cedar. Foodmatch: Game Cellaring: 5-15 years because of the dryness. I think it will age very well and in my view a very priceworthy Bordeaux. | |
