Grapes: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2%PetitVerdot.
Color: Dark red lighter rim, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Rich elegant of forest berries, black currant, cedar, leather and some spices.
Palate: Full bodied, juicy fruit, not so consentrated as it should, good balance, but low acidity, and too much oak for this fine label.
Foodmatch: Red meats,cow.
Cellaring: 2-8 years.
Not very good this vintage. It is a good wine if I got it blind and nobody said it was a Mouton.
