| Grapes: TOURIGA NACIONAL, TOURIGA FRANCESA OG TINTA RORIZ Color: Deep dark red and violet, quite brilliant. Nose: Wow heres a lot of nice fruit, plum, blackcurrant, blackberry etc... spices, slightly peppery, chocolate, some licorice. Palate: Quite big body, very concentrated, great balance, ripe juicy fruit all the way, some spices like pepper, very good balancing tannins that are still young but fine, good acidity to, very long rich and smooth finish. Foodmatch: Dark chocolate, cheese, pepper steak, duck. Cellaring: I think it will age well for 10 years. The best LBV from Noval yet.    | |
