Color: Yellow-orange-brown, medium depth, good intensity.
Nose: Very mature fruit of brown apples fallen from the tree, apricot and peach, carnations, some coffee, toast, tea, buttermalt and oak.
Palate: Medium bodied, slightly oily, same mature fruit as above, medium consentration, god balance and acidity, medium long fresh finish with, buttermalt, coffee, tea, and weak oak,
Foodmatch: Well very difficult.
Cellaring: Drink now or never.
This is way over it´s peak, very mature. 8 usd. | |
