Color: Golden straw yellow, medium depth, good intensity.
Nose: Heavy of flowers, orange peel jam, apricot, peach and some honey. Some butter, vanilla and toasty oak.
Palate: Medium bodied, nice oily mouthfeel, consentrated mature fruit of apricot and peach, good balance and acidity, long fresh fruity finish with some butter, vanilla and toasty oak. Sweet.
Foodmatch: Mature cheese or fruit based desserts.
Cellaring: Drink now.
