| Color: Dark red with some brown showing, good depth and intensity. Nose: Mature red and dark berries, plum going on prune, a lot of different spices, white pepper, some sweat, tobacco, anis and nice oak ( french? ). Palate: Fullbodied, follows the nose very good, very soft, good balance, good acidity and mature tannins, medium long fresh finish, with some of the spices, oak, anis. Foodmatch: Allround fried or grilled meat, cheese, not much spices. Cellaring: Drink now or maybe hold for 2 years. Very good different Shiraz. | |
