Grapes: Syrah
Color: Dark red-black-purple, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Elegant of blackberry, black plum, humus, matured meat, forrest ground, pepper and clove.
Palate: Full bodied, juicy sweet and acid fruit, mature fruit in mid-palate, matured meat, consommé of game, very good consentration and balance, good acidity and nicely integrated tannins, long peppery finish.
Foodmatch: Game, mature hard cheeses, grill, lamb.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.
Alc: 13,5 %

Very nice wine but more commercial now than before, and the price is high. 95 usd.
