| Color: Black-violett, very deep, good intensity, not even a lazer can see through this. Nose: Very intens of ripe blackberry, blood, some medisinal aromas. Classic. Palate: BIG body, very good and juicy consentrated fruit of the same blackberry, great structure and acidity, perfect balance, powerful long finish. Foodmatch: Rich dishes of game or grill. Cellaring: 0-10 years. This is amazing stuff and one of my favorite Crozes-Hermitage´s.  | |
