Nose: Classic Graillot, intens of blackberry, blood, medisinal aromas, and more oak than the ordinary "Crozes-Hermitage" from Graillot.
Palate: Big body, very consentrated fruit that follows the smell, powerful structure with young tough tannins, long finish with the aromas above and oak.
Foodmatch: Game and grill.
Cellaring: 0-20 years. This will be great stuff.
Very good Graillot, tough powerful style that will age very good. | |
