Nose: Rich and quite elegant, mature red and dark berries, barnyard, sopices, leather, earth, coffee, and some oak.
Palate: Complex, juicy mature fruit, full bodied, good structure, firm finish.
Foodmatch: Game and red meat, mushrooms, truffels, fat sauces, redwine sauces, consomme sauces.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.
