Young Bordeaux from the good 2000 vintage, and neighbor of the famous Rauzan-Ségla chateau owned by Chanel.
This second-growth is very appealing now with good blackcurrant nose, indulging tannins and balanced acidity. Goes well with or without food.
Purchased at Trader Joe's in Seattle for $14.99. Nice priced for a 2000 vintage Bx. | |
