Color: Dark red-blue-black, deep,good intensity.
Nose: Very complex, black cherry, nougat, chocolate, green pepper, cedar, coffee, violets, minerals like rusty nails. Noble wood.
Palate: Big body, intensly consentrated fruit, very good structure and balance, elegant, tannins are very strict now. long firm finish.
Foodmatch: Game when mature.
Cellaring: 10-30 years.
