| Grapes: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Color: Red-brown, medium depth+, medium intensity. Nose: Open, mature fruit, can`t really find a spesific fruit, leather, licorice, some earth, warm hair, coffee, vanilla, pencil, some barnyard, warm spices. Palate: Medium bodied+, mature fruit some berries, medium consentration, tannins very soft and mature, aromas as above, not top balance because the palate tends to drop a lot at the end. Not very good consentration in the end. Very soft and pleasant wine. Foodmatch: lamb, not to rich game, red cheese. Cellaring: Drink now. Good but the lack of consentration in the end was disturbing. | |
