Color: Brilliant and clear, medium deep green yellow.

Nose: Mature green apple and lime, some minerals.

Palate: Medium to full bodied, slightly oily texture, good structure, all in perfect balance, good concentration with a long fresh finish.

Foodmatch: Allround richer dishes of seafood and chicken. Cheese.

Cellaring: p Very Happy cheers santa erfect now or keep for one or two years.
