Producer: Michel Picard, Récolte du Ch. de Chassagne-Montrachet

Color: Light straw yellow with some green.

Nose: Some apple, citrus, lime, chalky soil minerals.

Palate: Medium bodied, good concentration, fruit all the way, very good acidity, fresh crispy style with sea minerals, very little buttery oak, carnation flowers.

Foodmatch: Allround seafood

Cellaring: 0-3 years

Very good wine. 28 usd.
