| Producer: André et Mireille Tissot Color: Deep strawyellow. Nose: A lot of baconcrisp, fried pork fat, some baked apple and citric fruits, spices. Palate: Full bodied, oily texture, the same very distinct taste of bacon crisp, and the other aromas above. Very concentrated and good balanced, very long finish. Foodmatch: Rich dishes of white meat, ribs of pork would be great. Cellaring: 0- 5 years. Very good wine allthough exentric and unusual.  | |
