| Grapes: 100% BLAUER WILDBACHER Color: Light pink-red-violet, medium depth. Brilliant. Nose: Distinct of red currant, raspberry, black currant bush, flowers. Palate: Light to medium bodied, super fresh energetic and sharp fruit as above, very good acidity and balance, long crisp super fresh finish. Foodmatch: Grilled summer food with good friends. Cellaring: Drink as young as possible. A vibrant, super refreshing wine. Reminds me of the summer at my grandparents, with the smell and taste of the berry bushes on their property. Schilcher from Austria is just the best rosé wines on the planet.     | |
