Gamser Schilcher 2005, Weststeiermark, Christine Strohmeier

Color: Light red with orange.
Nose: Very fruity of red currant, red berries, ruburb, some flowers and greeness.
Palate: Light bodied, slim but concentrated style, fruity, fresh and it has a long finsih with high acidity, minerals going on the salty.
Foodmatch: Because of the acidity it needs fat in the food or a high acidity vinaigrette. Careful with raw veggies because of the greeness in the wine.
Cellaring: Drink as young as possible.

Very good Schilcher with good typicity, but for many the acidity can be to dominant.
