TN la Contea Barbaresco Ripa Sorita Riserva 2000

Hey I am having this wine today. After 2 hours in a decanter, its superb.

Color: dark red, good depth.

Nose: Complex of plums, dried fruit, flowers, leather, truffles, licorice, spices and tar.

Palate: Full bodied, very concentrated, super soft and extracted fruit, velvety, the tannins are here but they are very soft, super balanced with good structure, very long finish with quite high acidety and some dryness.

Foodmatch: Allround, red meat. Cheese.

Cellaring: 0-6 years. Ready to drink but I think it will be good for about ten years.
