| Color: Red ruby with some bricking
Nose: Quite complex allready violets, plums, anis, some beefstock, vanilla, spices like clove and cinnamon, toast, coffee, chocolate, balsamic wood.
Palate: Full bodied, very smooth and with softening tannins, good concentration, long finish.
Food match: Game or rich dishes of red meats
Cellaring: 0-15 years
Very nice consumer friendly Barbaresco. | |
