Grapes: Chardonnay.
Color: Golden yellow, good depth, medium intensity.
Nose: Complex now, spices, buttermalt, vanilla, very ripe yellow apple, noble oak.
Palate: Full bodied, very silky, oily ripe fruit of yellow apple, buttermalt, maybe even apricot now, still very good acidity, good balance, vanilla, spices, verylong complex finish, noble oak.
Foodmatch: Grilled seafood, fat sauces, cream dishes, white meats, turkey would be wonderful, mature cheese.
Cellaring: Drink now.
Amazing wine, this really opened my eyes.
