Color: Dark red-black-purple, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Mature blackcurrant, plum and dark forrest berries, weak of carnations, leather, oak, vanilla and fried bacon.
Palate: Very juicy and soft consentrated fruit that follows the smell, great balance and good acidity, tannins still young but fine, long fruity finish with blackcurrant, plum that is going on prune, very nice oak, some vanilla, spices, fried bacon and leather.
Foodmatch: Cow, lamb, deer, cheese, cream sauces, white fish with bacon.
Cellaring: 0-6 years.
Very nice wine, even elegant and very good craftmanship.
