This is a wine that is not yet to find in shops here in south México. I was so lucky to be sent a case of wines from Casa Bibayoff that is the producer. They are relatives of the russian imigrants that came to Baja California in 1907, and they run a small winery, making great wines.

Color: Golden strawyellow, medium depth, good intensity.
Nose: Very aromatic of mature mango, apricot and peach, intens aromas of carnations, some humus, spices and something similar to tomatojuice.
Palate: Medium bodied, very intens of the same fruit as above, slightly oily, great consentration, good balance and acidity, even more of the carnations and more perfumed in the mouth, long rich and fresh finish.
Foodmatch: Allround grilled seafood and white meat, cheese, spicy food.
Cellaring: 0-5 years.

Great wine. I was amazed with this quality in an Méxican white. I don´t know the price but I imagine around 20 usd.
