Color: Light yellow-green.
Nose: Green apples, lemon, lime, flowers and minerals.
Palate: Light bodied, energetic fresh style, long finish. Crispy.
Foodmatch: Light dishes of natural seafood, salads.
Cellaring: Could age well but best fresh. I had one of these wines from 1969 and it was amazingly good.
