| Color: Light green yellow. Nose: Apple and lime/lemon, minerals. Palate: Medium bodied, very nice concentration, fruit all the way, very good acidity, long fresh finish. Dry. Foodmatch: Seafood, oriental food, sushi, cheese. Cellaring: 0-5 years. Very good wine, quite elegant.  | |
