| Color: Light yellow with green, good intensity.
Nose: minerals, touch of petroleum, apples, flowers, some grain, a little closed.
Palate: Medium bodied, consentrated intens fruit, a little oily, some petroleum, very good balance and acidity, mature green apples, some pineapple, very long finish with minerals and lemon.
Foodmatch: Allround seafood, salads, fat sauces, acid food.
Cellaring: 0-2 years. Can hold for many years,but I would drink it now really.
Super value, very fresh nice balanced wine. | |
