| This wine has been cellared 12 years in bottle before release. The grape is Chenin Blanc.
Color: Deep yellow, intens.
Nose: A lot of minerals, wet wool, marsipan, apricot and citric fruits.
Palate: Medium bodied, very smooth and in good balance, good acidity and a long fresh finish. Sweet.
Foodmatch: Cheese, very spicy and HOT seafood, fresh fruit.
Cellaring: 0-5 years, maybe 10.
