| Grapes: 40% SAUVIGNON BLANC, 30% SÉMILLON, 30% MUSCADELLE Color: Medium deep golden yellow, brilliant. Nose: Mature yellow plums, butter, flowers, some minerals. Palate: Full bodied, rich oily texture, much more of the same fruit in the mouth, good balancing acidity, long finish with minerals. Foodmatch: White meat, grilled seafood, oriental food, cheese. Cellaring: 0-2 years. I think its at the best right now. Very good unoaked white BDX.  | |
