| Grapes: 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot.
Color: Dark red-black-brown, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Open, dried fruit, leather, barnyard, spices and oak.
Palate: Full bodied, ripe black currant, plum, good consentration, good balance an structure, tannins medium and maturing, aromas as above, powerful finish, a little dry oak.
Foodmatch: Red meats and game. Tried it to Grouse with a fat sauce and that worked very good.
Cellaring: 0-5 years.
