Color: Dark brown-red, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Dark sweet chocolate, cedar, some leather and oak, touch of vanilla, mature black plum, touch of petroleum, mushrooms, anis, very complex.
Palate: Full bodied, good consentration and aromaes of mature black currant and black plum, touch of honey, vanilla and warm spices, a little balsamic, good structure and balance, the tannins are just starting to mature, finishes of with a powerful taste of coffee and leather. It`s firm and medium long. Complex.
Very good wine
Foodmatch: Rustic food, fat sauces, redwinesauce, red meats and game, hard cheeses.
Cellaring: 0-5 years
