| Color: Dark ruby, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Sweet plums going on prunes, some chocolate, oak, and leather.
Palate: Full bodied, sweet fruit as above, very rich wine, good balance and structure, medium long dry finish.
Foodmatch: Game and rich dishes of red meats.
Cellaring: A little though now but 3-10 years.
Very good Maillet also this but I like the 98 better for it´s smoothness. | |
