| 1995 Grapes: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc Color: Dark red, good depth and intensity. Nose: Complex some developed red and dark berries, violets, nobleoak, leather, tobacco and earth. Palate: Full bodied, very rich fruit, very good structure, nice soft tannins, some oak and coffee. Long delicous finish. Foodmatch: Allround red meats. Cellaring: 0 - 10 years. Very nice to drink now, but futher development is wanted. 2000 Grapes: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot. Color: Very dark red, very deep, good intensity. Nose: Red berries, very young fruit, oak, violets, pencil, coffee. Palate: Full bodied, very young concentrated juicy fruit of red berries, very good structure, tannins needs maturing, firm and strict finish. Foodmatch: Allround red meats Cellaring: 5 -20 years Also this very nice wine | |
