| Grapes: 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot. Color: Dark red with som brick brown, medium depth and intensity. Nose: Ripe red and dark berries, warm spices from oak, barnyard, good development in this wine. Palate: Medium bodied+, ripe delicious fruit, very nice aromas from aging, good balance and structure, tannins kind now, very soft and mellow wine, long soft finish. Foodmatch: Delicate dishes, lamb carre, duck, fasan etc.... Cellaring: 0-4 years. Positive meeting, not a Parker wine probably but this is a good value wine on the delicate gourmet food side, rather than the Parker I got tired of Guinness, trying to find wines with the same aromas style.
