| Color: Deep golden yellow with hint of orange, quite brilliant. Nose: Clean mature fruitaromas of ripe yellow apple, more distinct aroma is ripe apricot, and it has some aroma of mandarin citric fruit, aromas of petroleum like parafin wax and a lot of other mineral aromas, some warm spices like cinnamon, some humus. Palate: Medium bodied, perfect balance between all the aromas above, good acidiity, and a long finish. Between dry and semi dry. Foodmatch: Crab would be great, mature cheese, white meat, maybe lobster. Cellaring: Bottle variations, as its an old white wine, I think it had its peak 8 years ago approx, but its still a good wine at avery resonable price in Norway. Hurra!!! | |
