We drank this following the Puygueraud. I could taste the dominance of Cab. Sauv. in this bottling. Full bodied almost chewy. Blackberry and licorice.minty on the finish. Good wine here. Long finish. The last Beaumont that I drank was the 1996 which got high marks. If I remember right this one is just as good if n ot better. You cant go wrong with Chateau Beaumont.
