| Producer: Cant. ar.Pe.Pe Grapes: 100 % NEBBIOLO Color: Light red with light brown, low depth, see through, Nose: Mature wild strawberries, flowers, some dried fruit like prune or raisin. Palate: Light bodied but very good concentration, soft in the mouth, fine tannins, long finish. Foodmatch: White meat or game with light red coor such as duck, cheese. Cellaring: 0-3 years. Very good wine.  | |
