| Grapes: 30% CHARDONNAY, 70% MEUNIER/PINOT NOIR Color: Straw yellow Nose: Some autolysis, baked bread, sour yellow apples, some minerals. Palate: Medium bodied, mature sour yellow apples, medium acidity, quite long finish. Ok mousse. Foodmatch: Allround fish and white meat. Cellaring: Drink now. Ok champagne, but not my first choice.  | |
